All personal data stored on c0me servers is encrypted at rest. Data moving between your device and our platform travels over TLS-secured connections, so your account credentials and payment details are never exposed in plain text.

Cookie Controls You Can Manage

We use cookies to remember your session and analyse how the platform is used. You can review and adjust your cookie preferences at any time from the settings panel inside your account without affecting core account functions.

Account Security Alerts

If we detect a login from an unrecognised device, we send an alert to your registered email or mobile number immediately. You can review active sessions and revoke access to any device directly from your account security page.

Data Retention Periods

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active and for a period required by applicable law after closure. When the retention period expires, data is deleted or anonymised following our internal data lifecycle process.

Requesting Changes to Your Data

You have the right to ask us to correct inaccurate personal data at any time. Submit a correction request through the Help Centre or by email, and our privacy team will verify and update your record within five working days.

Who Has Access to Your Data

Access to personal data inside c0me is role-based and logged. Only team members who need your data to process payments via Paytm or PhonePe, verify identity, or resolve support tickets are granted access, and all access events are audited.

We collect your name, email address, mobile number and identity verification documents. We also record transactional data from payment methods you use, such as UPI reference numbers, Paytm wallet IDs or PhonePe transfer confirmations, to process your deposits and withdrawals accurately.

We share data only with payment processors like Paytm and PhonePe to complete transactions, and with identity verification services where required by applicable law. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or unrelated third parties under any circumstances.

Submit a data access request through the Help Centre in your account or email our privacy team directly. We will verify your identity, compile the data we hold under your account and deliver it to you within five working days of verification.

You can submit a deletion request via the Help Centre or by emailing our privacy team. We will delete or anonymise your data after confirming your identity, subject to any retention obligations imposed by applicable law in your region.

We retain account data for the period required by applicable law following account closure. Once that period lapses, your personal data is deleted or anonymised in line with our internal data lifecycle process, and you will receive a confirmation where applicable.

You can view the cookies we set and adjust your preferences from the cookie settings panel inside your account. Disabling non-essential cookies will not affect your ability to log in, make deposits via UPI or Paytm, or access the game lobby.

Yes. Payment data sent through UPI or PhonePe is transmitted over TLS-secured connections and is shared with payment processors only to the extent needed to complete your transaction. We do not store full UPI or PhonePe credentials on our servers.
